Fees & Insurance Claims

Our professional fees will vary with the extent of the injury or problem. It is customary for payment to be made at the time the service is rendered. We are participants in Medicare and Worker's Compensation. Additionally, we participate in most PPOs and HMOs. Co-payments, if required by your insurance carrier, are due at the time of your appointment.

Private payments can be made by personal check, MasterCard or VISA. As a convenience to our patients, we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you, including insurance supplemental to Medicare. If you prefer, we will supply you with an itemized receipt that will enable you to file a claim directly with your insurance carrier. No charge is made for the filing of your primary claims; however, there is a fee charged for filing disability insurance claims.
